Fixed! Don’t you hate broken links? I sure do!

All of your dishes look wonderful. The ribs however– my Honey is the rib king — he would be insulted if I even suggested he do them another way. I love the caprese tower and we are crazy for grilled veggies. Great ideas!! Thank you for sharing.
I can’t seem to get the shrimp recipe.
Sue

Happy Fourth of July Yvonne!
Just in time – I have been looking for a good potato salad recipe. My grandmother made the best and was a caterer for years. It was her most requested recipe. Sure wish someone in the family had it. Over the years it has not kept up with the new generations of family. Like others posting…I cannot seem to link to several of the recipes.
I would love to share a veg dip recipe with your readers. Very simple to make and a family favorite since I first tasted it in 1975. Even my youngest of great nieces and nephews love it so to me that’s a classic.
2 cups cottage cheese – you can use low fat
2 cups Hellmans Mayo – you can use low fat — must be Hellmans
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
For those that are watching their salt, you can reduce the regular salt by a 1/2 tsp.
Blend well with a mixer. Do not put in a blender or food processor. You want the curds to not become too creamy.
Best chilled overnight.
Thanks so much for this yummy dip!
I can’t seem to get any of the recipes.. They look delicious. I enjoy your blog and I am so glad I found it. Have a fun 4th of July!
