MONDAY- MEMORIAL DAY
I hope all of you will take the time to remember our men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country. And thank anyone who served their country you will be with today. God bless all of you who come from a military family or have someone in your family who served!
I hope your day is blessed with friends, family, and those you love!
Fire up the grill we are making steaks! This wonderful recipe comes from Natasha from Natasha’s Kitchen.

TUESDAY
I call Nani’s Sauteed Chicken a Heritage Recipe. This easy chicken recipe has been passed down from one generation in my family to another. It has humble beginnings but is just so good! If you make one thing this week it should be Nani’s Sauteed Chicken.
Even though it is summer I still get hungry for this simple and delicious food I grew up on! YUM! Once you make it you will know why!
Leave a comment if you have made it for your family!
WEDNESDAY
Bobby needs his weekly Italian dinner fix so this week it’s lasagne rolls from SKINNY KITCHEN. Thanks, Nancy! Bobby will love these! WW points included!
THURSDAY
This recipe from Taste Better From Scratch has become an almost weekly occurrence at StoneGable. It is so easy to make and ridiculously good! And it is only a couple of points! If you don’t have an Instant Pot you need one! See my favorite below!
FRIDAY
Chicken Cordon Bleu is such an easy recipe and goes with so many side dishes. But this recipe from RECIPE DIARIES is made even better by air frying it!
We LOVE our Air Fryer. Air Fryers do have a learning curve but once I got the hang of it I LOVE using it to make meals! You can see my favorite Air Fryer HERE.
SATURDAY
I can’t wait to try this pizza recipe from MESS FOR LESS! This whole pizza is only 6 WW points! Wow! I think I’ll make a couple and eat a few slices for lunch!
SUNDAY
Today’s main course from Alyssa at THE RECIPE CRITIC is one I’ve made over and over! It’s such a winner! It is so company-worthy and easy to make! Win/win!
- PAN-SEARED TUSCAN GARLIC SALMON
- LEFTOVER NANI’S SAUTEED RICE
- WEDGE SALAD with HOMEMADE BUTTERMILK BLEU CHEESE DRESSING
SWEET TREAT OF THE WEEK
I found this recipe decades ago. It’s simple, pretty, healthy, and just so so good. Here at StoneGable, we eat it for breakfast in a bowl piled high with strawberries and other seasonal fruit and drowning in milk. Well, maybe not drowning… just skinny dipping!
And if we have leftovers we eat it for dessert with whipped cream or ice cream! This is a recipe you will want to try!
