MAKE-AHEAD CHRISTMAS BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
I’ve made make-ahead Christmas Breakfast Casserole every Christmas morning for decades. Over the years I’ve tweaked the recipe a bit but it has basically the same ingredients. I now use croissants cut into pieces and left on the counter for a day or two to dry out a bit.
This post is so old! The images aren’t great but the recipe is. It is spectacular for Christams brunch!
OVERNIGHT SYRUP ON THE BOTTOM FRENCH TOAST
If you are a French toast lover you need to make Overnight Syrup On The Bottom French Toast for your Christmas brunch! Yum! You make it the night before and bake it in the morning! I love make-ahead dishes for Christmas brunch!
Thanks, Averie at Averie Cooks.
HEALTHY GINGERBREAD LOAF
I picked Healthy Gingerbread Loaf as a perfect Christmas brunch dish for totally selfish reasons. We are huge gingerbread lovers at our house! It’s healthy because it is made with whole wheat, which we also love.
I’ll be making this recipe ahead of time and serving it with coffee while I put together our Christmas morning brunch!
Monique from Ambitious Kitchen says it will make the whole house smell amazing!
EGGNOG CINNAMON ROLLS WITH BROWN BUTTER FROSTING
Do you like eggnog? I LOVE it! My sister made the best eggnog but I’m not particular, I will drink the kind that comes in a carton. No wonder this Eggnog Cinnamon Rolls With Brown Butter Frosting recipe sounds extra delicious to me!
We will have lots of overnight family with us for New Year’s Eve so I’ll be making these heavenly cinnamon rolls for New Year’s Day!
Thanks, Erica Lea from Buttered Side Up.
MUFFIN PAN MINI QUICHES
There is a downside to writing this post! I want to make everything!!!! So much goodness and so little time!
I may not make these Muffin Pan Mini Quiches for Christmas brunch but there are 6 mornings between Christmas and New Year’s to make something delicious in the AM! These darling baby quiches will look so sweet on a brunch table! And if, and that is a big if, there are any leftovers they freeze wonderfully!
Thanks, Amy at Chew Out Loud.
HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
A beautiful Hash Brown Casserole on your Christmas brunch menu will thrill everyone around your Christmas table! And mine too! This recipe uses lots of fresh ingredients and is such a special treat!

CROCKPOT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Crockpot Breakfast Casserole is another one of those dreamy make-the-night-before recipes! This breakfast casserole boasts Mediterranean flavors like feta, artichokes, and spinach. And this recipe almost clean-up free if you use a disposable crockpot liner!
Thanks, again Erin at Well Plated By Erin.
EASY CREPES
I’m just in love with the idea of making crepes for Christmas morning. These Easy Crepes can be foils for either sweet or savory fillings. Crepes are so easy to make! My favorite filling is crabmeat in a white sauce.
I’m so impressed with Natasha’s video. She shows us how to make the batter, make the crepes in three types of pans, and shows us different ways to fold them. And Natasha is so entertaining!
There is also a link for her favorite filling!
This amazing recipe comes from Natasha’s Kitchen.
CLASSIC QUICHE LORRAINE
Classic Quiche Lorraine is a perfect all-in-one brunch dish to serve on Christmas morning! What’s not to love about flaky pastry that holds smoky bacon and lots of cheesy eggs!
This is the classic quiche that started the French quiche craze in the United States over 70 years ago! And it is still going strong!

NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS
Okay, I know that NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS may not be a traditional item one would usually find for Christmas Brunch, but it is for me. About a half hour after brunch we just might want a little something sweet. I’ll be serving a cookie tray and these bars will be on it!
They are no-bake and easy to make! And peanut butter and chocolate are a perfect match!
Thanks, Sally at Sally’s Baking Recipes.
