SAUTEED CABBAGE
One of my very favorite side dishes no matter what time of the year is sauteed cabbage! I LOVE the way Erin describes this dish.
It is amazing!!!! And I know it will become a family favorite. YUM!
Thanks, Erin at Well Plated for this gorgeous recipe.
EASY CORN CASSEROLE
This delicious recipe pairs wonderfully with pork, beef, or chicken. I love this corn casserole just the way it is but the scrumptious tweaks you can make to it are endless.
Add bacon to it or cheese or herbs for a different flavor!
Thanks, Donna at The Slow Roasted Italian!
NANI’S SAUTEED RICE
For me, this is a taste of home! My grandmother made this delicious rice often and my mother made to and I make it and my daughter does too!
What makes this rice so special? Adding sauteed onions, celery, and a few other ingredients. What a difference!
Once you try this recipe it will be a fast favorite!
I just can’t imagine what my sweet grandmother would think if she knew how famous her sauteed rice has become!
EASY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
I watched the video for this broccoli side dish and it made my mouth water. Oh, this really looks delicious!
This casserole can be made up to 24 hours in advance with is a huge plus. I like to prep some of my meals in the morning while I have my morning coffee because it makes mealtime so much easier!
Thank you Blaire at The Seasoned Mom.
REFRIGERATOR PICKLED BEETS
Beets are very healthy for us! However, if you are like me, they taste and smell like dirt. But pickle these red gems and they taste amazing!!!
This recipe skips the whole canning process and makes refrigerator pickled beets that last several weeks in your refrigerator! I’m making these and also skipping the cooking and peeling fresh beets as canned beets have just as many nutrients.
Thanks, Traci from The Kitchen Girl.
